A September Girl-On-The-Go Look

I’m convinced that this is the dress that the “September girl-on-the-go” needs in her closet!

Classic, feminine, and a silhouette that flatters – this dress is the answer to “what do I wear” when it comes to getting dressed in this transitional time between seasons.

If you’re anything like me and live in a climate where fall doesn’t really start until November, then you’re probably struggling with the question “what do I wear?”! This dress has been my answer to that. The polished, classic silhouette is equally perfect to wear to work, church, a baby shower, lunch with the girls, or a night out on the town. (How many dresses do you own that can do all of that?)

It has the prettiest autumnal floral print that evokes that late summer, early fall vibe we are all striving to achieve when getting dressed in this transitional time (but truly would be wearable in the spring, too).

I’m showing you here how I styled my all-time favorite cashmere wrap over the dress for warmth on a chilly evening. This wrap is one of my best purchases to-date and the quality and coziness makes it superior to others I’ve seen. (Also, it comes in a rainbow selection of colors, and I can truly say that I want every one!)

This was a particularly warm September day when I shot these photos, so I paired the dress with some heels, but I think it would look just a great with some tall leather or suede boots when the temps drop.

Bottom line? This is the dress that your September wardrobe needs!
