All of my favorites rolled into one cute dress from Ann Taylor. When I put this dress on on Friday, my boyfriend said the look reminded of him of Jackie O… I’ll take that as a compliment 🙂
Being that it’s Labor Day weekend, I am trying to wear all the white I can before it’s not ‘acceptable’ to wear white once Monday rolls around! (Rules were meant to be broken, though…).
It’s no secret that my two favorite colors are blue and white. White is my default – white jeans in the Summer, white tops with denim all year round, and of course, little white dresses. It’s truly a blank canvas… you can create so many different looks by adding accessories.
There are so many great Labor Day weekend and end-of-Summer sales going on right now! I stumbled upon this dress, which is currently an additional 50% off, at Ann Taylor when I originally went in to find some shoes for work. I actually did end up finding the shoes, as well – these cork wedges (also on sale!). I love this dress because it’s so classic – the A-line silhouette, the eyelet details, the length. It’s perfect for Summertime in so many ways – think brunch, church, work, holidays, and more. This will be a dress that I will have in my closet for a long time! My mom even said she may want to borrow it… 🙂
