Black Friday is here, which means lots of sales are happening now through the weekend! This holiday season, I am trying to focus more on smaller businesses to support. I have purchased my fair share from Amazon this year, and while I love the convenience of shopping from them, there are so many small businesses that I love supporting, and think you will too! Small Business Saturday is tomorrow (November 28th), so in light of this, I thought it would be fun to put together a list of small businesses that I’ll be shopping this holiday season! While there are SO many small businesses out there worth mentioning, it was important to me that I had actually shopped at and owned items from the brands that I mentioned in this post. Many of these stores are local in the Charleston area, but all have an online store that you can purchase from if you don’t live locally! Many of them are offering holiday promotions, which I’ve listed below.

Celadon Home – this Charleston-based home decor retailer has two locations in Charleston – their flagship retail location in Mt. Pleasant, and a warehouse in North Charleston. Both are filled to the brim with so many amazing pieces for the home. I purchased many of the items in my home from their beautiful store!
Old Whaling Co – Based in Charleston, SC, the Old Whaling Co offers handcrafted bath and body products that are made in-house and are inspired by the sea. I am a HUGE fan of their body butter and often order it in bulk from their online shop – their Seaweed & Seasalt and and Coconut Milk scents are my favorite! They have so many items that would make wonderful stocking stuffers! Shop online or in-store and take up to 25% off for Black Friday!
Amanda Lindroth – the owner, Amanda, is an interior designer who offers beautiful, island-inspired products in her retail stores – Amanda Lindroth – with locations in downtown Charleston, SC, and in Palm Beach, FL. I own several of her products, including this beautiful hurricane which I love using as a vase. So many items in her shop are wonderful gift ideas!
Weezie Towels – a Savannah and Atlanta-based brand offering luxury towels for the home. I have purchased these for both myself and for others – their monogrammed hand towels make the perfect gift!
Abide-A-While – if it’s my day off, you are sure to find me at Abide-A-While. I stop here quite frequently to browse their amazing collection of plants, but it’s their garden boutique that I especially love! It’s currently decorated and stocked for Christmas, with so many beautiful pieces for the home.
Lake Pajamas – this Georgia-based company has retail locations in both Charleston and Atlanta. Lake Pajamas are the most comfortable PJs you will own, and they come in so many beautiful prints and styles. They are currently offering up to 60% for Black Friday through midnight tonight!
Grace Rose Farm – I dream of Grace Rose Farm roses! Their farm is based out of California, and they are one of my favorite accounts to follow on Instagram. I ordered a bouquet as a gift (and one for myself) earlier this year, and their roses are simply stunning (see more in this post). A beautiful bouquet of garden roses would make a great gift idea!
