Since I’ve moved into my new home, I’ve been collecting pretty items for my dining room, and have been so excited to put together beautiful table settings, especially for the holidays! I think I got my love for creating tablescapes from my mom… it’s one of our favorite things to do together and she really is a pro at it!
This one was inspired by a table setting I saw while shopping at Steven Shell living. I did purchase a few pieces there (like the moss balls and the bird decorations), but ended up finding most of the items above at Pier 1. I loved how unique the placemats were, and they set the tone for the entire table. My favorite piece is the vase – it is hinged, so the joints move and you can create different shapes with it.
Since this setting is rustic and inspired by the outdoors, I think it works for many fall occasions. I didn’t strive for perfection with this table – I just had fun with it and loved how it turned out! I’ve linked many of the items featured in the photos above below.
