I have shared several blog posts about different parts of our wedding day, but I’ve been saving our wedding ceremony! It’s difficult to choose a “favorite” part of our wedding day, but our ceremony could take the cake. Looking back, our ceremony felt like it went by in the blink of an eye, but it held some of our most cherished moments of the day.
Our ceremony was held on the bluff of the Waccamaw River at Wachesaw Plantation Club, surrounded by 300-year old oak trees, laden with moss. We were blessed with the most beautiful day … there was rain in the forecast the entire day, but it only sprinkled during our first look. Immediately after that, the sun came out, just in time for our wedding ceremony and reception!
Our officiant, Rev. Will Malambri III, gave the most beautiful and touching sermon during our ceremony. Having all of our loved ones there as we said “I Do” was so special. It was truly such a joyful part of our day!
