Happy weekend! I am so excited that today is my last day of work before the Christmas holiday! I can’t wait to relax, spend time with family, and finish my Christmas shopping!

What was your favorite gift as a child? There were so many favorites! Probably one of the ones that stands out most was my Easy Bake Oven. I kind of wish I still had it!
What makes the holidays special for you? This one is easy – spending time with my family. I don’t get to spend as much time as I’d like with them, so I cherish the time that I do! I have such wonderful memories from Christmastime when I was younger, so it’s so much fun carrying on many of the traditions we’ve had since I was younger, like new pajamas on Christmas Eve! (And sometimes matching ones with my sister!)
What is your favorite winter scent? I love candles that smell like Christmas trees. We usually get a real tree for our home, but this year we decided to go with a faux tree. I found an amazing candle at Target by Hearth & Hand that smells just like a real Christmas tree! I set it inside this lantern, also by Hearth & Hand, to sit underneath the tree. I also love Thymes Frasier Fir candles!
What’s your go-to winter fashion trend? I’m loving velvet this year! One of my favorite purchases has been these velvet jeans. I wear them almost daily!
What’s your favorite holiday movie? Home Alone! I also love Prancer.
What’s your favorite holiday song? Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) by Darlene Love. I also love O Holy Night.
Do you prefer to travel or stay at home? I haven’t traveled much this year, so I currently have the travel bug! But typically, I love to stay home and be cozy and comfortable!
What’s your winter skincare must have? I try to exfoliate with a scrub at least one or twice a week. I also LOVE Eminence products (it’s an organic line of skincare products).
Love or hate the snow? I love it! Probably because it’s rare that it snows in Charleston. I am dreaming of a white Christmas!!
How did you find out about Santa? I actually cannot remember. I remember writing letters to Santa even as old as Middle School! Haha!
